The “secret” lies in the name itself: 334, referring to the car’s top speed. A new achievement that makes it the fastest sedan in the world, making a leap to the top of rankings, rising from 326 to 334 km/h. Plus, to optimise the car from the point of view of improving the 0-100 km/h acceleration, from 4.3 to 3.9 seconds, a meticulous work has been done on the weight and tyres.
The Maserati Ghibli 334 Ultima is fitted with new performance tyres created using a special compound. The improvement of the aerodynamics is completed by the 21” Orione rims and the rear carbon fibre spoiler. The wheels and centre cap are in new matte dark graphite, with the Trident in the Rubino shade, standing out in the dark, whereas the brake callipers are glossy black.
On the exterior the car recalls the past and pays homage to the first V8 Maserati creation, flaunting the new Scià di Persia paintwork with Rubino accents, lighting up the painted 334 logo on the fender.
The Maserati Ghibli 334 Ultima now features the full carbon exterior kit as standard, including front bumper plates, door handles, mirror caps and B&C pillar.
And just in case the style accents were not enough, the interior recalls the classic once again, with the Pale Terracotta leather – reminiscent of the Senape leather iconic interior – surrounding the black vertical “cannelloni” in Alcantara in the centre of the seats.
The Trident and the 334 logos are stitched on the front headrest and the “magic number” also embellishes the badge on the central tunnel, along with the “una di 103” distinctive signature.
